We booked a grand deluxe room and were pleasantly surprised with a spacious room that offered stunning views of the city and mountains. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and everything in the room was clean and new. As it was our anniversary trip, the staff surprised us with a cake and complimentary tickets to the Prambanan Jazz concert, making it a truly memorable stay. The highlight was a staff member at the business lounge who always greeted us with a big smile and added to our positive experience.
